A format that serves the objective, not the calendar

From a short workshop to an extended development track, we choose the format that closes the gap in front of us.

Introduction

Why there is no ready-made course list here

Most training sites publish a catalogue of fixed course titles and prices. We do not, because a programme designed before the organisation is known has already assumed its need.

What we set out here are the formats we work in. The content inside each one is built after the diagnostic session.

Working formats

Four formats covering most institutional needs.

  • Training workshops

Focused short-form sessions addressing one specific skill through intensive practice.

  • Development tracks

Extended programmes built in sequential stages, with follow-up between sessions and field assignments.

  • Closed institutional programmes

Programmes designed exclusively for a single organisation, from its own data and real challenges.

  • Conferences & forums

Professional events convening practitioners around a central subject, with rigorous content and precise organisation.

Available formats

The detail of each format — duration, content and registration state — is completed once confirmed with the client.

Who these programmes are for

We work with organisations that treat development as an institutional commitment, not a budget line.

  • Public bodies

Ministries and authorities building staff capability within institutional development plans.

  • Private sector

Companies connecting staff development to operational performance indicators.

  • Non-profit organisations

Associations and organisations needing capability building with limited resources and clear impact.

  • Individual professionals

Participants in open events and general development tracks.

Methodology

Every programme moves through the five ADDIE phases

Analysis, then design, then development, then implementation, then evaluation — with a documented output at the close of each phase.

Next step

Describe the gap, and we will propose the format

Don't start by picking a programme. Start by describing the problem, and let us propose the format that addresses it.
